Дисертація присвячена дослідженню й удосконаленню управління ефективністю виробництва на підприємствах з переробки плодоовочевої продукції. З’ясовано сутність ефективності виробництва, передумови та теоретичні засади управління нею. Проаналізовано сучасний стан ефективності виробництва на плодоовочеконсервних підприємствах Тернопільської області. Розроблено комплексний підхід до управління ефективністю виробництва, який ґрунтується на врахуванні функціонального, часового, структурного, мотиваційного, технологічного і ресурсного напрямків у системі управління. У дисертації запропоновано підхід до оцінювання ефективності планування, за основу якого взято використання експертного методу. Вдосконалено економіко-математичну модель зростання ефективності виробництва на основі оптимізації витрат виробництва на підприємствах з переробки плодоовочевої продукції. Набуло подальшого розвитку застосування моделі "призма ефективності" для аналізу зацікавлених сторін з метою оцінювання нефінансових показників ефективності виробництва. Dissertation explores the questions of management by efficiency of production of enterprises on processing of fruit and vegetable. The theoretical and practical principles of management by efficiency of production on the enterprises of processing of fruit and vegetable industry are the article of research. The process of management by efficiency of production on the enterprises of processing of fruit and vegetable products is the object of research. The essence, pre-conditions and theoretical bases of forming the system of management by efficiency of production are explored in dissertation. On soil of deep study and systematization of concepts in the theory of efficiency was set a new determination of category of efficiency of production, and also the theoretical approach for interpretation of essence of this category in accordance with the new terms of management is offered. In this determination of efficiency of production unlike latter offered a market price mechanism is represented. An author is fully enough describes the component elements of the system of management by efficiency of production like aggregate of principles, methods and functions directed on providing of increase of efficiency of production. The complex approach for the management by efficiency of production grounded on consideration of functional, temporal, structural, technological, motivational and resource directions is offered. The complex approach helps to account all aspects of enterprise activity. The conducted analysis of scientific sources on the problems of measuring of efficiency of production allowed to form the system of measuring, consisting of summarizing and private indexes of efficiency of production, used in home practice. This system is complemented by a partial index – efficiency of the use of informative resources. It is suggested to extend the system of evaluation of efficiency of production by unfinancial indexes, offered foreign scientists. In development of question of forming of integral index of efficiency of production, it is suggested to improve a model by including of informative resources. The conditions of activity of enterprises processing of fruit and vegetable with seasonal type of production are investigate in dissertation. It allowed to form features, which influence not only on efficiency of production but also on the process of management by it. A model "the prism of efficiency" is applied for the analysis of relationship of enterprise and interested parties with the purpose of evaluation of unfinancial indexes of efficiency of production of enterprises processing of fruit and vegetable. There are interested parties as subjects which are in close relationship with an enterprise: owner-shareholders, investors, consumers, workers, public organs, suppliers, mediators. The payments, requirements and wishes of each of the interested parties are those unfinancial indexes accounted of which will provide the increase of efficiency of production. It is concentrated the special attention on planning for perfection of management of production efficiency. The concept of the planned criterion is entered, and also the plan-map of commercial and non-commercial indexes of processing of fruit and vegetable production are the instrument which will provide development of plan of increase of efficiency of production, is made. The approach to the evaluation of planning by the index of efficiency planning is offered. For basis of its calculation the evaluation of sections of plan of increase of efficiency of production is taken. The use of this index enables to set interdependence of efficiency of process of planning and end-point of activity. The high importance of index of planning efficiency indicates on the high level of efficiency of production. The fact that processing of fruit and vegetable has high charges were set in dissertation. The economic-mathematic model of growth of efficiency of production is applied on the basis of optimization of charges on the production of goods of enterprises of processing of fruit and vegetable in the decision of this problem. This model takes into account: dynamics of the forecast demand on the canned products; seasonal price-waves on raw material; diminishing of seasonal limits on the production of definite types of products of enterprise with the simultaneous account of additional charges on the prolonged storage of the proper types of raw material. At the same time it is suggested to extend the assortment of products by food from raw material which is added the prolonged storage. It will provide more effective use of equipment and optimum pattern of production and will enable to increase an income. A production cycle is continued, employment of working and efficiency of the use of financial resources are increased, that promoted efficiency of production on the whole.
