Основи успішної реалізації реінжинірингу страхової компанії

Abstract

В статті досліджено роль та місце реінжинірингу у діяльності страхових компаній. Обґрунтовано необхідність використання реінжинірингу як ефективного інструменту управління бізнес-процесами, спрямованими на задоволення попиту в страховому захисті страхувальників. Виявлено основні критерії успіху реінжинірингу з точки зору стратегічних цілей страховика. Визначено ключові системоформуючі бізнес-процеси страхової компанії в контексті збалансування майнових інтересів суб’єктів страхування. Проаналізовано реінжиніринг щодо продажу страхових продуктів через перетворення організаційної структури страхової компанії. Обґрунтовано актуальність та адекватність здійснення реінжинірингу змінам зовнішнього середовища, що приводить до збільшення обсягів надходжень страхових платежів та прибутку страхової компанії. The article examines the role and place of reengineering in the activities of insurance companies. It is emphasized that the modern insurance market needs a new quality of relations between the subjects of insurance in which all participants in the insurance process would receive comprehensive information. The relevance and adequacy of reengineering changes in the external environment, which leads to an increase in insurance payments and profits of the insurance company. The necessity of using reengineering as an effective tool for business process management aimed at meeting the demand in insurance protection of policyholders is substantiated. The main criteria for the success of reengineering in terms of strategic goals of the insurer are identified. It is determined that the reengineering of an insurance company begins with a change in organizational structures, which includes a set of management bodies, departments and executors who perform their assigned functions and solve their tasks, as well as a set of methods by which such management is carried out. In turn it leads to changes in all activities of the company. The system-forming business processes of the insurance company in the context of balancing the interests of insurance entities are outlined. Reengineering on the sale of insurance products through the transformation of the organizational structure of the insurance company is analyzed. It is investigated that the introduction of business process reengineering with the use of modern information technologies will form an effective organizational model of the company, which will ensure optimal interaction between financial - economic, organizational - technical and intellectual resources, which in turn will create conditions for new insurer. High efficiency of reengineering is substantiated, which is considered as a method of business organization and introduction all over the world and is based on application of the newest technologies in the process of development and realization of business processes for the purpose of optimization of financial and economic, organizational and technical, marketing, information and administrative activity.
