Regulation of Banking Business in the Conditions of Global Financial Challenges.

Abstract

In the face of financial imbalances, policymakers in most countries should demonstrate coordination, join forces to develop the necessary regulatory framework for the financial sector: raising the minimum standards of quality and value of banking capital, liquidity, and maintaining buffer reserves above a certain minimum to could be safely used in times of economic stress. The activity of banks is regulated and controlled by the National Bank of Ukraine. Provided functions and operations that are constantly carried out by banking institutions, which makes most of the processes of banking business permanent and allows you to develop sound monetary policy. The formation and development of the national banking business takes place in the difficult conditions of reforming the economy of the state and modernization of the financial market.
