Abstract: Визначено сутність лістингу і зацікавленість організаторів торгівлі, емітентів та
інвесторів у ефективному функціонуванні механізму допуску цінних паперів на біржовий
ринок. Проведено критичний аналіз біржових списків українських бірж, визначено недоліки їх формування. Опрацьовані новації НКЦПФР у формуванні біржових списків, обґрунтовано критичне зниження кількості акцій у реєстрах в найближчій перспективі та
визначені проблеми, які постануть перед усіма учасниками ринку у випадку реалізації
прогнозів. Запропоновано активізувати роботу у напрямку створення багатосторонніх торговельних систем, які дозволять мінімізувати негативні наслідки запровадження нових лістингових вимог, а також обґрунтовано пропозиції щодо покращення інформаційного супроводу лістингового процесу. Introduction. Listing is an important factor that paves the way for favorable development of
stock trade, listing information is used to characterize the stock exchange activity and market data.Purpose. Evaluating outcomes of the listing process in Ukraine, with the focus on developments of the year 2015, makes it possible to spot the problems confronting stock market community with regard to stock market register formation as well as to substantiate proposals as to
optimization of functioning of an organized segment of the country’s stock market.
Results. Before 2015 the quantity of securities in the stock exchange registers in Ukraine
increased. Analysis of the registers show: a) overstating of the quantity of register and listing
tools ignoring cross listing and cross access. b) domination of state and corporate bonds in state
registers as well as depository certificates of NBU. c) insignificant part of tools that enhance
attention of potential investors and the main bearers of listing advantages-shares. In 2015 NS-
SMC activated countermeasures against companies with evidences of fictitious nature. As a
result trade operations with securities of 99 emitters were stopped. In 2014 the total volume
of stock exchange operations of 6 companies from this list was estimated as 8421.21 million
UAH, which made 34,4% of the whole stock exchange trade. With register lustration in the background the Commission took a decision to make listing requirements stricter. Most of the new
requirements that take effect in 2016 were borrowed from international practice but they are too
harsh for Ukrainian reality because according to different estimates in stock exchange registers
will still remain from 2 up to 20 issuers. Conclusion. Critical decrease of shares in stock exchange registers is a negative occurrence because a) international experience shows importance of shares in operation and development of orderly trade. b) shares concentrate a great deal of market’s liquidity, a traditional alternative for investors. c) number of enterprises that develop programs to enter the stock market
will decrease. d) national standards of management will not approximate the patterns without
a great number of shares e) national stock market figures will deteriorate and it can become a restraining factor to obtain resources for the market. технологій та охарактеризовано інноваційні канали дистрибуції страхових продуктів,
які застосовують зарубіжні страховики. Виокремлено їхні переваги і сильні сторони для операторів страхового ринку. Виявлено тенденції та визначено передумови модернізації технології просування страхових продуктів вітчизняними страховиками. Introduction. The growing role of multimedia and virtualization of public relations, the efficiency of insurance companies development and preserving their competitive advantages in
the market of financial services depend on the activity of implementing innovative technologies
of insurance products and increasing the quality of customer service.
Purpose. The aim of the research is the grounding of the use expediency in insurance companies the innovative approaches to the management of business processes, novelization of
insurance services on this basis, identification of peculiarities, advantages and disadvantages of innovative technologies and distribution channels of insurance products, as well as outlining the most adaptive for domestic insurers.
Results. Priority innovative channels of insurance products promotion are the following ones:
co-branding, the Internet, social networks and aggregators. The most adaptive among the outlined ones are co-branding in the form of bancassurance. The technical and informational activity
of citizens and their readiness to purchase insurance through the Internet are increasing, social
networks and aggregators are becoming popular in the interaction between clients and insurers.
Conclusion. In order to modernize distribution channels of insurance products in Ukraine,
the cooperation of insurance companies and banks should be deepened, and the range of the services implemented by the latter should be expanded, and client service technologies should
be improved. Also, it is necessary to introduce the electronic policy, quality upgrade insurers’
Internet offices, to expand their presence in social networks and online accessibility of insurance products, to encourage electronic documents and electronic signature. Using international experience, it is useful to test aggregators, telematics, mobile interfaces, insurance portals. розвитку ринку страхування життя. Досліджено характер інституціонального розвитку ринку страхування життя, його фази. Introduction. The evolution and society development, its institutions are continuous. The
development of the life insurance market is also a complex. In Ukraine there is not the clearly
organized and effective functional complex of life insurance. Especially problematic is the development of life insurance, without which no one systematic reform is impossible. Any development is realized through a conceptual basis, and the mandatory accumulation of financial
resources for secured retirement.
Purpose. The study is focused on the analysis of the current state of institutional development of the life insurance market in Ukraine. The aim of this article is a theoretical conceptualization of approaches to the concept of “institutionalization of the life insurance market,” and
identify features inherent to the institutional development of the life insurance market. Results. The application features of institutionalization and the institution in the insurance
business are analysed. The stages of institutionalization and their reflection on the life insurance
market in Ukraine are determined. The current level of development of the life insurance market
is analysed. The stance of institutional life insurance market is examined. The analysis of the
institutionalization on political-legal, market and socio-cultural phases is realized. Absolute numbers relative reflect the market situation through a significant depreciation of the national currency, which combined with the economic crisis made a significant asymmetry of information.
Conclusion. The process institutionalization of the life insurance in Ukraine is on the stage
of objectification. The life insurance plays an important role in the lives of Ukrainians. The state
refused from social security and functions, reduced the amount of pensions and increased the
service. Abstract: Розглянуто проблеми інституціонального середовища асистанської діяльності
на страховому ринку. Охарактеризовано організаційну структуру та інфраструктуру
страхового ринку, переваги і недоліки взаємодії між учасниками страхових відносин та
асистанськими компаніями. Окреслено напрями удосконалення інституційно-правового забезпечення асистансу в контексті підвищення якості сервісного обслуговування
страхувальників у процесі врегулювання страхових випадків. Introduction. Market transformation in today’s conditions give rise to problems of institutional support insurance market, require the establishment of theoretical and methodological
framework for comprehensive coverage of the characteristics and problem solving interaction
between participants of insurance relations with institutions of its infrastructure component in the context of improving the quality of service by providing insured services in the asystans settlement of insurance claims.
Purpose. A key objective of this research is to solve the problems of institutional and organizational support asystans of insurance and filing vectors to improve the legal relationship
between the parties.
Results. The institutional environment of the insurance market covers its elements: institutions, both formal (laws and regulations) and informal (mentality, customs and traditions) rules,
and institutional and organizational support of the market (main institutional units - insurers,
policyholders and insurance intermediaries and support - public institutions to ensure the availability of these standards for the insurance market, intermediaries serving the insurance business). Advantages and disadvantages of interaction between insurers and asystans companies
are defined, and also institutional units, that provide asystans services, proposed institutional
and organizational model to provide specialized asystans services on insurance market are offered. Directions improvement asystans legal support of the insurance market are grounded in
the context of the contractual relationship between the parties.
Conclusion. The study concluded that, firstly, the feasibility promote cooperation asystans
insurers and companies, and secondly, we believe that the problem of the legal relationship between the insurer and company-assistance possible through the introduction of a separate section
entitled “Organization of asystans on the insurance market” to the Law of Ukraine “On insurance”
in order to balance the interests of insurers and policyholders and asystans companies to provide
quality and reliable insurance protection, it will contribute the financial stability of citizens.2016-01-01T00:00:00Z
