Abstract
In the article the purpose of forming World Customs Organization and its
organizational structure are explored, the stages of its development, key princi-
ples of modernization of customs services and administrative influences on customs service of Ukraine are classified; recommendations and suggestions con-
cerning the adaptation of customs system of Ukraine to the requirements of
WCO are formed.
