Abstract

The key factor in the commercial success of an enterprise is the competitiveness of its products. Effective functioning of an enterprise in a market environment and a high level of uncertainty and risk implies the search for and development of such a development strategy, which allows it to develop successfully, relying on the created competitive advantages in managerial, organizational, scientific, technical, and marketing activities. After all, a competitive advantage is evidenced by the higher competence of an enterprise in performing certain types of activities in comparison with competitors, which ultimately ensures its high level of competitiveness and efficiency. The formation of competitive advantages is based on the selection of the most important areas in both the external and the internal environment of the company. The main goal is to create an optimal state of their components, which allows to ensure the effectiveness and continuity of the process of forming the competitive advantages of the controlled object.
