Соціальна відповідальність як інструмент антикризового управління банківською системою України

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано сучасні тенденції розвитку банківської системи України, обґрунтовано необхідність формування механізму антикризового управління на засадах соціальної відповідальності. Доведено, що ключовим інструментом превентивного антикризового менеджменту виступає соціально-орієнтоване ведення банківської справи. Запропоновано запровадити функціонування фінансового омбудсмена, діяльність якого є одним з елементів повернення довіри до банківської системи України. The researches of the banking system during the financial crisis are purely economic in nature and offer explorations of risks and threats to the business. However, in our opinion, the moral aspect of the proceedings of banking services is not less important than the material. Thus, research on corporate social responsibility top management of the bank and its staff are important and can be one of the vectors of effective crisis management in the banking sector. Purpose. The aim - to develop the provisions of the formation mechanism of crisis management Ukraine's banking system to its dynamic development, the choice of anti-crisis measures on the principles of social responsibility. Methods. Methods: comparison, abstraction, analogies, synthesis, generalization.Results. The current trends in the banking system of Ukraine are analyzed in the article. The necessity of the formation mechanism of crisis management on the principles of social responsibility is grounded. It is proved that a key tool of preventive crisis management is providing socially-oriented banking. Introduction functioning Financial Ombudsman, whose work is one element of the return of confidence in the banking system of Ukraine is proposed in the paper.
