Abstract

Дисертацію присвячено питанням підвищення ефективності інвестиційного процесу на підприємствах харчової промисловості в умовах трансформаційної економіки. Вдосконалено теоретико-методологічні основи інвестиційного процесу, уточнено визначення поняття „інвестиційний процес”. Розширено графічну схему-модель інвестиційного процесу. Обґрунтовано систему показників для визначення фактичної ефективності інвестиційного процесу харчових підприємств. Досліджено розвиток підприємств харчової промисловості і роль у цьому реалізації інвестиційного процесу, джерела формування і напрямки використання інвестиційних ресурсів. Проведено факторний аналіз ефективності інвестиційного процесу харчових підприємств з урахуванням соціальних аспектів. Удосконалено оцінювання ефективності інвестиційних проектів і процесу на основі врахування особливостей економіки трансформаційного періоду. Сформовано пропозиції щодо розширення інвестиційних можливостей і забезпечення інноваційного спрямування інвестиційного процесу підприємств харчової промисловості. The dissertation is devoted to the problems of the increasing of the investment process effectiveness processing at the enterprises of the food industry in the conditions of transformation economics. The theoretical and methodological base of the investment process is improved; the definition of the notion investment process is defined more precisely in the research. The system of indexes for the defining of the factual effectiveness of food processing enterprises investment process is proved. The role of the investment process realization in the development of the food processing industry, sources of formations and ways of the enterprises investment resources are investigated. The factor analysis of the investment process effectiveness in the food processing industries including social aspects is carried out. The graphic model of the investment process forecasting is done. The estimated effectiveness of the investment projects and process on the base of the peculiarities of the transformation period is improved. The proposals towards investment possibilities widening and innovation direction of the investment processes at the enterprises of food processing industry are formulated.
