Оцінювання регіонального розвитку малого підприємництва в Україні

Abstract

Здійснено оцінку рівня розвитку малого підприємництва у регіонах України із застосуванням економіко-математичного моделювання, зокрема методу кластерного аналізу. На підставі опрацьованих статистичних даних розраховано регіональний індекс розвитку малого підприємництва, з використанням якого згруповано області України з подібними характеристиками в окремі кластери. Встановлено найсприятливіші для розвитку малого підприємництва регіони України і з’ясовано, які форми та види економічної діяльності найбільше адаптовані на конкретній території. Introduction. By the basic condition of achievement of of long duration, positive rates of the economy growing of both economy of country on the whole and region in particular, there is active entrepreneurial activity which is accompanied an effective innovative management. Development of small enterprise in regions is an especially pressing question an adequate decision of which is the mortgage of the economy growing of Ukraine. Purpose. The article is dedicated the questions of evaluation of level of development of small enterprise in the regions of Ukraine. Methods. On the basis of the use of economic and mathematical design – method of cluster analysis, the regional index of development of small enterprise, by which the areas of Ukraine are grouped with similar descriptions in separate clusters, is expected. And also, it is set, what regions of Ukraine are most favorable for development of small enterprise, and what his forms and types of economic activity are expedient on concrete territory and on what problems, foremost, it is needed to pay attention. Results. Conception of design of functioning of small enterprise is presented in the conditions of vagueness of market environment and development of small enterprise in the regions of Ukraine with the purpose of increase of efficiency of management development of small business by the public and local organs of power. Conclusion. The conducted research enabled to formulate conclusions in relation to development of small enterprise in regions Ukraine. Theoretical positions and conclusions of work can be used for a ground and realization of decisions in relation to state support of development of small enterprise in the conditions of modernization of economy of Ukraine, forming and realization of effective and flexible regional policy, and also is a contribution to subsequent scientific development of this theme.
