Realities and prospects of realization of innovative opportunities of the society in the conditions of European integration.

Abstract

The modern world demonstrates radical changes in the functioning of the economy under the influence of socio-political (transformation of the social function of the state), economic (the development of science contributes to increased government spending on innovation), historical (unforeseen government spending increases public debt and maintenance costs). State financial support of civil society institutions, the purpose of which is to introduce reforms in the field of health care in Ukraine. Improving the domestic health care system largely depends on combining two reforms from above (state action) and reform from below (carried out by the citizens themselves) to improve health services and improve their quality of life. An important place in the development of the Ukrainian state is given to higher education, as the institute of higher education is the foundation on the basis of which it is possible to form responsible and thinking people and specialists.
