Abstract

АНОТАЦІЯ Галущак В. В. Організаційно-економічні засади формування господарських структур ринкового типу в аграрному секторі. – Рукопис. Дисертація на здобуття наукового ступеня кандидата економічних наук за спеціальністю 08.00.04 – економіка та управління підприємствами (за видами економічної діяльності). – Тернопільський національний економічний університет, Тернопіль, 2010. В дисертаційній роботі розглянуто основні теоретичні, методологічні й методичні аспекти формування господарських структур ринкового типу. Досліджено питанням створення ефективного організаційно-економічного механізму функціонування господарських структур ринкового типу в аграрному секторі. Сформовано інституційний підхід, на основі якого визначено і проаналізовано динаміку основних інституцій аграрного виробництва (власність, ринок, підприємництво) та їхню ефективність. Здійснено аналіз показників діяльності агроформувань, який підтвердив високу ефективність господарських товариств і приватних підприємств та заперечив взаємозв’язок між площею підприємств і окремими показниками діяльності. Обґрунтовано перспективи розвитку господарських структур та інших суб’єктів господарювання, що дасть змогу протягом найближчого часу укрупнити підприємства і їхню концентрацію. 22 Розроблено інтеграційний підхід до трансформації сільського господарства, що передбачає два способи розвитку аграрних підприємств у межах області: на основі вдосконалення розвитку агрохолдингів і шляхом утворення спеціалізованих продуктових кластерів у межах регіону. The basic theoretical, methodological and methodical aspects of the organizational-economic peculiarities formation of the market type economic structures creation are considered in the dissertation. It is investigated the questions of the effective organizational-economic mechanism creation of the market type economic structures functioning in the agrarian sector. On the basis of the institutional approach it is defined the dynamics of the main agriculture institutions (the property, the market, business) and their effectiveness. It is analyzed the productive and economic indicators of the agrarian enterprises activity that has confirmed the economic societies and private enterprises high effectiveness. The interconnections between the existing enterprises and separate indicators activity are denied in the thesis. The perspectives of the economic structures and other managing subjects development that will give the possibility to amalgamate the enterprises and their concentration in a short time are determined here. 24 It is made the integration approach to the agriculture transformation that supposed two ways of the agrarian enterprises development in the territory of the Ternopil area: on the basis of the strategy optimization of the agrarian holdings development and the creation of the specialized agroindustrial clusters in the territory of the region.
