| Короткий огляд (реферат): | У статті розглянуто місце дипломатичного супроводу в системі механізмів підтримки та забезпечення ефективної зовнішньоекономічної діяльності, які використовуються в країнах Європейського Союзу. Досліджено практичний досвід як країн-засновників ЄС, так і держав, що приєднались до нього в подальшому. Визначено необхідні складові елементи економічної дипломатії, які є спільними для забезпечення зовнішньоекономічних відносин країн різного рівня економічного розвитку. Обґрунтовано засади необхідної адаптації європейських стандартів у сфері економічної дипломатії України з орієнтацією на її диверсифікацію. |
| Опис: | Introduction. Output the Ukrainian producers on markets of European Union depends on the availability and development of export potential and the implementation by Ukraine the range of measures to support and promote of foreign trade activity. In scientific literature such activity received the name of economic diplomacy. Purpose. The study of experience of functioning of economic diplomacy in the EU-countries has the task to determinate the necessity of deployment by Ukraine the effective system of economic diplomacy. Results. Taking into consideration the history and the dynamics of the EU formation, the article describes practical experience both the founding countries of the EU and the states that later joined it. For our study were chosen Germany, France, Poland, Romania and Croatia. After joining the EU, the member countries intensified the use of mechanisms and tools of economic diplomacy. From the point of view of Ukraine, we drew attention to the synchronicity of events: all of the countries after joining the European Union began an active deployment of economic diplomacy system. Also necessary for Ukraine is the adaptation of European standards in the sphere of national economic diplomacy; the analysis of models of economic diplomacy of the EU serves as a guideline for its development in directions and the subject interests, forms and methods, the bases and conditions, support mechanisms, development and incentives. Conclusion. In the EU-countries economic diplomacy is an important tool of promotion of economic interests of the state. For Ukraine with its problems in the development of contacts with foreign partners there is a significantly lack of support from the public authorities. That's why it is required the restoration of Ukraine's institutions of economic diplomacy, which are the foreign economic representative offices abroad. Note that despite the experience, which is different in individual countries, the form of such representations may be the subject of scientific discussion in the future. On condition that would be appropriate quality of human capacity and appropriate functional content, there is no doubt only the next thesis: the renaissance of Ukrainian economic diplomacy in the long term would increase the temps of recovery of losses and gain new positions in the international economic arena.
