Взаємозв’язок і синергія розвитку підприємництва та культури в сучасних умовах

Abstract

Вступ. Підприємництво і культура в сучасному суспільстві мають розвиватись комплементарно, що зумовить виникнення синергетичного ефекту для розвитку національної економіки.

Мета. Розкрити теоретичні аспекти та особливості взаємозв’язку розвитку підприємництва і культури та їхнього синергетичного впливу на соціально- економічний розвиток у контексті формування нової парадигми цінностей громадян у сучасних умовах.

Методи. Для досягнення поставленої мети використано загальні та спеціальні методи дослідження, зокрема: систематизації, комплексного підходу, пояснення та узагальнення.

Результати. Здійснено дослідження взаємозв’язку і синергії розвитку підприємництва та культури в контексті формування нової парадигми цінностей громадян. Запропоновано використання комплексу синхронізованих між собою заходів у сфері підтримки підприємництва та у сфері підтримки розвитку національної культури за допомогою яких можна досягти найкращого результату. Зокрема, це: впровадження в освітніх закладах курсів «Організація власного бізнесу» та «Основи культури, мистецтвознавства і моралі»; розвиток інфраструктури підприємництва та культурної інфраструктури (створення культурно-мистецьких просторів); реалізація програм ефективної фінансової (у тому числі грантової) підтримки бізнесу й стартапів та культурних індустрій і проектів.

Вказано, що для нашої держави суть і значення нової парадигми цінностей мають полягати в усвідомленні, донесенні та популяризації ідеї, про те, що українці мають бути суспільством, в якому громадяни (суб’єкти соціально-економічних відносин) зорієнтовані на успіх і моральні цінності (вони створюють власний інноваційно активний та соціально відповідальний бізнес) і відчувають приналежність до славетної історії держави, що сприятиме посиленню мотивації до здійснення активностей (у сфері підприємництва, культури, мистецтва, науки та ін.).

Перспективи. Перспективи подальших досліджень пов’язані з необхідністю більш детального вивчення впливу системи цінностей на зміну способу мислення й моделі поведінки суб’єктів господарювання. Introduction. Entrepreneurship and culture in modern society should develop complementary and closely interconnected, which will lead to a synergistic effect for the development of the national economy.

Purpose: To reveal the theoretical aspects and features of the relationship between the development of entrepreneurship and culture and their synergistic impact on socio- economic development in the context of the formation of a new paradigm of citizens’ values in modern conditions.

Methods. To achieve the set goal, general and special research methods were used, in particular: systematization, integrated approach, explanation, and generalization.

Results. A study was conducted on the relationship and synergy of the development of entrepreneurship and culture in the context of the formation of a new paradigm of citizens’ values. It is proposed to use a complex of synchronized measures in the field of entrepreneurship support and in the field of supporting the development of national culture, with the help of which the best result can be achieved. In particular, these include: the introduction of courses in educational institutions on «Organizing Your Own Business» and «Fundamentals of Culture, Art History, and Morality»; the development of entrepreneurship and cultural infrastructure (creation of cultural and artistic spaces); the implementation of programs for effective financial (including grant) support for businesses and startups, as well as cultural industries and projects.

It is indicated that for our state, the essence and significance of the new paradigm of values should consist in the awareness, communication and popularization of the idea that Ukrainians should be a society in which citizens (subjects of socio-economic relations) are oriented towards success and moral values (they create their own innovatively active and socially responsible business) and feel a sense of belonging to the glorious history of the state, which will contribute to strengthening motivation to carry out activities (in the field of entrepreneurship, culture, art, science, etc.).

Prospects. Prospects for further research are related to the need for a more detailed study of the influence of the value system on changing the way of thinking and behavior of business entities.
