Abstract

Досліджено роль договору у механізмі правового регулювання відносин з передання майна в користування. Встановлено особливості договору як юридичного факту та індивідуального регулятора вказаних правовідносин. Визначено роль закону і договору та їх співвідношення в інфраструктурі регулювання досліджуваних договірних відносин. The article is devoted to the study of the role of the contract in the legal regulation mechanism of relations dealing with the transfer of property in use. The peculiarities of the contract as a legal fact and individual regulator of these relationships are outlined. The role of law and contract and their correlation in the regulation infrastructure of contractual relationship under question are defined.
