| dc.description.abstract | The article presents the theoretical explanation of the functional determination of the tandem “human development – sustainable development”. The authors overview theoretical and conceptual principles of sustainable human development as a new social paradigm. The work proves that a state is responsible for maintaining of sustainable human development. Special attention is paid to the state financial potential as a foundation, which enables functioning of highly developed national economy with a "human face". The article proposes the extended interpretation of the definition of «sustainable human development» taking into account the financial achievements of science. | uk_UA |
