Механізм адаптації банківської системи до фінансово-економічного простору

Abstract

Розкрито сутність дефініції “механізм адаптації банківської системи” до особливостей фінансово-економічного простору, презентовано власне бачення сутності поняття “фінансово-економічний простір”, його основних складових. Показано взаємозв’язок між системою адаптації та механізмом. Визначено основні компоненти, що належать до системи адаптації банківської системи. Побудовано механізм адаптації банківської системи з розмежуванням тих методів та способів, які найдоцільніше використовувати за певного стану економіки та фінансових ринків (піднесення/спад). Introduction. As we know, today the banking system is in crisis state. In order for develop effective measures of adaptation with purpose improving its competitiveness at international level we have to take into account the close relationship between banking system and economy of the country, the state of financial markets. Thus, the study of processes of adaptation should be in the financial-economic space in which arise recessions, crises and occur processes of growth. Purpose. In this connection the purpose of the article is the development of theoretical and methodological aspects of building a mechanism of adaptation of the banking system with allocation those methods and ways that are most appropriate for a particular state of the economy and financial markets. Results. The main feature of building a mechanism of adaptation of the banking system is the consideration of financial-economic space features in which the system is functioning. In the article revealed the essence of the concepts of “the mechanism of adaptation of the banking system” and “financial-economic space”, determined the main components of this space and its general peculiarities and specific features. Substantiated expediency of construction of the mechanism of adaptation to the features of space (recession / growth). Thus, in the result of research it was determined that the mechanism of adaptation of the banking system is realized continuously: during the recession we use one of instruments and methods, and during the rise – other. Also determined relationship between the system of adaptation and mechanism, which consists in the fact that happens influence of principles, functions, forms and appropriate ways of adaptation on action of mechanism. At the same time, leverage, ensuring and methods affect on the formation of the system of adaptation.While building a mechanism of adaptation to the features the financial-economic space we determined that during economic recession most often are realized methods of dissipation and localization, during economic rise – method of active intervention. Methods of reaction, avoidance and ignoring can be used under different conditions. The most widespread instruments, which can be use at any state of the economy, are instruments of parametric form of adaptation, during the economic recession – instruments of the structural and functional forms of adaptation. In crisis periods are mainly are realized instruments of mixed form of the adaptation. Conclusion. Our studies are important for the banks and the central bank, because selection of the appropriate form and way of adaptation, taking into account their capacity and leverage can ensure “survival” and support functioning during the economic recession and provide development during economic recovery. The practical application of the mechanism of adaptation on the example of the national banking system will be considered in details in following research.
