dc.description.abstractIn modern conditions the special direction of the foreign economic interests of the state is to ensure adequate financial resources in the economy. Governments are establishing cooperation on this matter with other countries and with international financial organizations. Subject and problematic of national debt and external borrowing is among the most important in modern economic life of each country, regional, supranational entities and international organizations. However, there is a need for active diplomatic support and application of tools of economic diplomacy in the settlement of problems of external debt.uk_UA
