Голосові чати як інструмент психологічних досліджень у мережі Internet

Abstract

У статті, на підставі аналізу недоліків методів психологічних досліджень у мережі Internet, обґрунтовано використання голосових чатів як інструменту вивчення підвищеної зовнішньої валідності. Авторська концепція ґрунтується на аналізі “істинності” голосової інформації обстежуваного за допомогою голосового поліграфа у реальному часі проведення психологічного випробування у вигляді online-інтерв’ю, onlne-фокус-груп та ін. Розроблено вимоги до сервісів і програмного забезпечення голосових чатів. Експериментально доведено, що їх використання як інструменту психологічних досліджень, разом з голосовим поліграфом, дозволяє виявити таких обстежуваних, котрі істотно “спотворюють” інформацію, а також дає змогу оцінити їхній нервово-емоційний стан, завдяки чому підвищується зовнішня валідність психологічних експериментувань у мережі Internet. In the article on the basis of the analysis of drawbacks of psychological research methods in Internet the usage of voice chats as the instrument of researching the heightened external validity has been substantiated. The author’s idea is based on the analysis of the “truth” of the tested person’s voice information with the help of the Poly-Layere Voice Analysis during the on-line psychological research such as on-line-interview, on-line-focus-groups etc. The requirements for services and software of voice chats were developed. It was shown that usage of voice chats as the psychological research instrument together with the Poly-Layere Voice Analysis allows showing those tested persons, who “distort” information, and their nervous and emotional condition that heightens the external validity of psychological researches in Internet.
