Reformation of capital markets in the context of the best international practices.

Abstract

In Ukraine modernization of capital markets is carried out: stock market, derivatives market and money market. The entry of state economies into the world economy needs to systematize the research of problems connected with the search of effective methods and directions for the country's adaptation to the structure of the world financial system. To determine the economic policy of the state and justify specific measures for formation of a corporate segment of financial and insurance services, it is advisable to coordinate state efforts to ensure a stable proportional relationship between the level of institutional structure of the financial market, its volume and efficiency on the one hand, and the degree of social and economic development on the other hand. The intensification of the use of the repurchase agreement promotes the intensification of operations and the number of open contracts by interested participants in the financial capital market segment.
