ТЕОРЕТИЧНІ ЗАСАДИ ОЦІНЮВАННЯ ІНВЕСТИЦІЙНОЇ ПРИВАБЛИВОСТІ РЕГІОНУ

Abstract

У статті виділено основні проблеми та тенденції ефективного оцінювання інвестиційної привабливості регіонів України, що визначають напрям і динаміку вкладень. Досліджено основні фактори, що впливають на процес формування рейтингу інвестиційної привабливості. Визначено стратегічні напрями розвитку для покращення ефективності використання інвестицій. Виходячи з аналізу сучасної ситуації на ринку інвестицій України, автор доводить, що при визначенні інвестиційної привабливості регіонів України слід враховувати фактори інвестиційного потенціалу, що виходять із особливостей кожного конкретного регіону. Запропоновано напрями раціоналізації функціонування і розвитку інвестиційних вкладень з урахуванням міжнародного досвіду. Розроблено критерії інвестиційної привабливості. Оцінювання інвестиційної привабливості регіонів країни надає важливу інформацію для вітчизняних та зарубіжних інвесторів щодо напрямків вкладання капіталу, підвищує рівень інформаційної забезпеченості під час прийняття важливих інвестиційних рішень.

The article highlights the key issues and trends effective evaluation of investment attractiveness of regions of Ukraine, which define the direction and dynamics of investments. The main factors influencing the process of formation of the rating of investment attractiveness. Defined strategic directions of development to improve the efficiency of investments. Based on the analysis of the current situation on the investment market of Ukraine, the author proves that for the determination of investment attractiveness of Ukrainian regions should take into account the factors of the investment potential that come out of the peculiarities of each particular region. The proposed direction streamline the functioning and development of investments, taking into account international experience. Developed criteria of investment attractiveness. Evaluation of investment attractiveness of regions of the country provides important information for domestic and foreign investors concerning directions of capital investments, increases the level of information security when making important investment decisions.
