Abstract

Розглянуто нові вимоги до фахівця в умовах сучасного ринку праці. Головними з них є мобільність, ініціативність, знання іноземних мов та комп’ютерних технологій, а також навчання впродовж життя. Зосереджено увагу на особливостях професійної орієнтації в Україні та Німеччині. This article is about new demands to specialists under the circumstances of modern labour market. The main are: mobility, initiativity, knowledge of foreign languages and computer technologies, and learning through the whole life, as well educational establishments should prepare such specialists. The article focuses on the aspects of job-orienting work in Ukraine and Germany.
