| dc.description.abstract | The Ukraine Facility program will comprise three main components. The first component will be based on the Ukraine Facility Plan, a technical document required to implement the EU's financial support program for Ukraine. The Plan will include a program of priority reforms that will lay the foundation for further economic recovery and development and facilitate integration with the EU. Quarterly financial support will be provided for progress in implementing the Plan's indicators. The second component of the Ukraine Facility program will be a special investment instrument to cover risks in priority sectors. Investors will be able to receive financing under this instrument through the EBRD, EIB and other international institutions. The third pillar of the Ukraine Facility program is technical assistance and other measures that will facilitate the implementation of structural reforms on the path to Ukraine's full membership in the European Union. | uk_UA |
