У статті розглянуто поняття, основні підходи та концепції до розуміння сутності ринкової інфраструктури, її ознаки та функції; наведена характеристика рівнів ринкової інфраструктури (макро-, мезо- та мікрорівень) та особливості їх формування, охарактеризовані елементи загальної та спеціалізованої ринкової інфраструктури та необхідність державного втручання у її формування та розвиток на сучасному етапі становлення вітчизняної економіки. Особлива увага приділена класифікації елементів ринкової інфраструктури за різноманітністю виконуваних функцій на інформаційно-аналітичну, фінансово-кредитну та організаційно-технічну інфраструктуру. The article deals with the concept, the main approaches and concepts to the understanding of the market infrastructure, its features and functions, the characteristics of the market infrastructure levels (macro, meso and micro) and especially their formation, characterized by elements of general and specialized market infrastructure and the need for government intervention in its formation and development at the present stage of the national economy. Particular attention is paid to the classification of the elements of market infrastructure for a variety of functions performed on the information and analysis, financial credit, organizational and technical infrastructure.
