Засадничі принципи інституційного проектування на підприємстві

Abstract

У статті розглядаються підходи у трактуванні інституційного проектування на підприємстві як діяльності, спрямованої на розробку моделей економічних інститутів, які усвідомлено і цілеспрямовано впроваджуються у господарську поведінку. Охарактеризовано інституційне проектування як процес, що охоплює і концептуально-підприємницькі, і організаційно-процедурні аспекти довгострокового розвитку підприємства, реалізуючи свою функцію через структурні складові загального і функціонального управління. Акцентовано на необхідності дотримання низки важливих принципів у процесі інституційного проектування на підприємстві.

The article examines the approaches to the interpretation of the institutional design of the enterprise as activities aimed to develop models of economic institutions that are knowingly and deliberately implemented in economic behavior. Institutional design is characterized as a process that covers conceptual, entrepreneurial, organizational and procedural aspects of the long-term development of the company, realizing its function through the structural components of general and functional management. Accentuated on the need of respect to a number of important principles in the institutional design of the enterprise.
