ПРИЧИНИ, НАСЛІДКИ ТА ІНСТРУМЕНТИ ПРОТИДІЇ РОЗГОРТАННЮ КОНФЛІКТУ ІНТЕРЕСІВ У ФІСКАЛЬНІЙ ПРАКТИЦІ

Abstract

У статті розкрито сутність конфлікту інтер-есів між платником податків та фіскальним органом з визначенням методів попередження, напрямів розв’язання та шляхів протидії. Охарактеризовано групування конфліктів у відповідні групи з окресленням формул їх розв’язання. Запропоновано поділ конфлікту інтересів на відкриту та приховану форму зі встановленням механізмів розгортання та шляхів їх вирішення. The article reveals the essence of the conflict of interest between the taxpayer and the fiscal authorities with determination of prevention directions and the ways of solving. The article covers the grouping of conflicts in the corresponding groups with the formulas of their solution. It is proposed to divide conflict of interest to open and hidden forms with the establishment of mechanisms and deployment of their solutions.
