ЕКОЛОГІЧНИЙ АУДИТ ЯК ІНСТРУМЕНТ СИСТЕМИ ІНТЕГРОВАНОГО ІНФОРМАЦІЙНОГО ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ

Abstract

У статті обґрунтовано важливість використання екологічного аудиту сільськогосподарськими підприємствами Тернопільської області, сформовано систему інтегрованого інформаційного забезпечення прийняття екологічно орієнованих управлінських рішень та охарактеризовано інструменти цієї системи. Новий напрям аудиторської діяльності – екологічний аудит – є дієвим інструментом отримання керівниками повної, достовірної інформації про діяльність агропідприємства та його впливу на екологічну безпеку довкілля і людства. Головним завданням сьогодення має стати посилення екологічної складової сільськогосподарського землекористування, гармонізації екологічних та економічних інтересів суспільства в умовах сталого розвитку країни, тобто ведення екологічної політики як на макро- так і на мікрорівні. Зацікавленість агроуправлінцями екологічними засадами сприятиме підвищенню еколого-економічної ефективності сільськогосподарського виробництва, зменшить витрат, покращить якості продукції. Систематичне використання екоаудиту допоможе сформувати екологічну політику суб’єктів господарювання і в результаті, покращити конкурентоздатність виготовленої продукції й відтак збільшити сам прибуток.In the article grounded importance of the use of ecological audit on the agricultural enterprises of the Ternopol'skoy area, the system of the computer-integrated informative providing of acceptance of the ecologically oriented administrative decisions is formed and description is given to the instruments of this system. New direction public accountant activity – an ecological audit is the effective instrument of acquisition of complete, reliable information leaders about activity of agro-enterprise and his influence on ecological safety of environment and humanity. Today the increase of ecological constituent of agricultural land-tenure, harmonizations of ecological and economic interests of society, must become a main task, in the conditions of steady development of country, that conduct of ecological policy as on makro- so on a mikro-level. Personal interest by agrarians will be instrumental in ecological principles the increase of ekologo-economic efficiency of agricultural production, will decrease charges, will improve qualities of products. The systematic use of ekoaudita will help to form the ecological policy of economic subjects and as a result, to improve the competitiveness of the made products, and consequently will increase an income.
