Проблемні аспекти адміністрування митних платежів і напрями їх усунення

Abstract

Розкрито сутність адміністрування митних платежів та основні проблемні аспекти даного процесу. Визначено, що одним із пріоритетних завдань адміністрування є розробка заходів щодо протидії ухиленню від оподаткування. Запропоновано організаційні заходи щодо підвищення ефективності роботи митних органів з адміністрування митних платежів. The matter of customs payments administration and the major problematic aspects of this process are considered. It is determined that one of the priority tasks of administration is the development of measures directed at counteraction against avoiding taxation. The organizational measures according to increasing of custom bodies’ efficient administration of customs payments are offered.
