Розвиток і розміщення підприємств сфери послуг: аналіз і тенденції

Abstract

The author notes a sharp increase in the services provided over the past decade; identifies key determinants of this rapid growth; underlines the importance of this sector of the economy. Also it has been provided a brief description of the services of market of Ukraine and emphasized its importance to the national economy. Therefore in the article essential features of the service sector, its structure and characteristics of development are revealed according to different approaches to the actual characteristics of cluster localization service. The basic provisions of these approaches to accommodate the industry are analyzed. The basic theoretical principles of accommodation and service industries are discovered. The main approaches to placement in the industry are analyzed. Tendencies of development of services at international and regional level are unveiled. A comprehensive analysis of the conditions and factors that affect the efficiency of service industries are analysed in order to make the conclusions, using the data statement of research of world leading consulting companies. The impact of services on economic development is revealed. The general provisions of the territorial organization of services are lighted. The competitiveness of the industry in the market is proved. All factors of location and service industries are systematized, including in the context of the motivation for the change of service provision businesses allocation.У статті визначено ключові детермінанти стрімкого зростання сфери послуг, а також підкреслено важливість цієї галузі економіки. Також подано коротку характеристику ринку послуг України, наголошено на його важливості для національної економіки. Тому в статті розкрито сутнісні ознаки сфери послуг, її структуру та особливості розвитку. Досліджено основні теоретичні засади розвитку і розміщення підприємств сфери послуг за різними підходами щодо власне особливостей локалізації кластерів сервісу. Проаналізовано основні положення цих підходів до розміщення вказаної галузі. Розглянуто тенденції розвитку сфери послуг на міжнародному і регіональному рівні. Проведено комплексний аналіз умов і чинників, які впливають на ефективність розташування підприємств сфери послуг, з використанням висновків за даними анкетних досліджень провідних консалтингових компаній світу. Розкрито вплив сфери послуг на розвиток економіки. Розглянуто загальні положення територіальної організації сфери послуг. Обґрунтовано конкурентоспроможність галузі на ринку. Систематизовано чинники розвитку та розміщення підприємств сфери послуг, у тому числі– і в контексті мотивації щодо зміни місця надання послуг суб’єктом господарської діяльності.
