Теоретико-методологічні проблеми взаємодії страхових і банківських установ в Україні

Abstract

Розглянуто теоретико-методологічні основи та тенденції розвитку інтеграційних процесів в діяльності банківського та страхового секторів фінансового ринку. Обґрунтовано необхідність класифікації ознак інтеграції та структурування основних її складових. Досліджено специфіку економічної інтеграції, визначено важливі аспекти інтеграції банків та страхових компаній в сучасних умовах. Доведено, що теоретичною основою дослідження інтеграційних процесів в банківському та страховому бізнесі є фінанси, фінансова діяльність та рух фінансових ресурсів. The theoretical and methodological tendencies of the development of integration processes in the activity of bank and insurance sectors of financial market are considered. The necessity of classification of integration characteristics and structuring its main components is covered. The specificity of economic integration is studied; the important aspects of banks and insurance companies integration in modern society are defined. It is proved that finances, financial activity and flows of financial resources, are the theoretical basis that helps to study integration processes in bank and insurance business.
