Соціальні інновації в закладі охорони здоров’я

Abstract

У першому розділі узагальнено теоретичні підходи до сутності, структури та класифікації соціальних інновацій у сфері охорони здоров’я, уточнено їхній зміст у контексті сучасних управлінських концепцій та міжнародних підходівв. У другому розділі здійснено комплексний аналіз організаційно-економічних передумов діяльності КНП «Кременецька опорна лікарня» Кременецької міської ради, оцінено кадрове забезпечення, фінансові показники, рівень цифровізації, систему професійного розвитку персоналу та результати впровадження соціальних інновацій. Проведено розрахунок ефективності окремих інноваційних практик і визначено чинники, що впливають на функціонування лікарні в умовах воєнних та демографічних викликів. У третьому розділі обґрунтовано напрями підвищення результативності механізмів соціальних інновацій, запропоновано стратегічні орієнтири розвитку лікарні, заходи щодо посилення соціальної відповідальності, партнерської взаємодії, цифрової трансформації та кадрової стійкості, а також сформовано рекомендації щодо моніторингу й оцінювання інноваційних змін.

In the first chapter, the theoretical approaches to the essence, structure, and classification of social innovations in the healthcare sector are summarized, with their content clarified in the context of modern management concepts and international frameworks. The second chapter presents a comprehensive analysis of the organizational and economic prerequisites for the activity of the Municipal Non-Commercial Enterprise “Kremenets Support Hospital” of the Kremenets City Council. It includes an assessment of staffing, financial indicators, the level of digitalization, the system of professional development of personnel, and the results of implementing social innovations. The effectiveness of selected innovative practices is calculated, and the key factors influencing the hospital’s functioning under wartime and demographic challenges are identified. The third chapter substantiates the directions for improving the effectiveness of mechanisms for social innovation, including proposed strategic development priorities for the hospital, measures to strengthen social responsibility, partnership cooperation, digital transformation, and staff resilience, as well as recommendations for monitoring and evaluating innovative changes.
