Військовий чинник державного будівництва України (1917–1921 рр.): історико-правовий аспект

Abstract

Досліджено роль і значущості Армії України у розбудові Української держави 1917–1921 рр. Визначено етапи будівництва Війська України, зокрема, в період Української Центральної Ради, Гетьманату П. Скоропадського, Директорії, ЗУНР, які є найбільш повчальними для сучасного державотворення у військовій сфері. Висвітлено основні засади розбудови Армії України в зазначений період. Проведено аналіз її формування: організації, забезпечення, законодавчого закріплення військового будівництва, вказано основні прорахунки. Всебічно висвітлено роль військового чинника в українському державнотворенні у зазначений період. The article is devoted to the research of the role and significance of the Ukrainian Army in the development of the Ukrainian state of 1917–1921. It defined the stages of the creation of the Ukrainian Army, in particular in the pe- riod of the Ukrainian Central Rada, Hetmanat of P. Skoropadsky, the Directory, the Western Ukrainian Folks Republic, which are the most instructive for the modern state creation in military sphere. The main principles of the development of the Ukrainian Army in the fixed period are highlighted. An analysis of its formation is indicated: organization, provision, legislative fixing of military construction and the main miscalculations. Comprehensively covered the role of military factor in the Ukrainian state construction in the mentioned period.
