Abstract

Вступ. За сучасних викликів та потреб глобального бізнес-середовища, ефективне управління бізнес-процесами та забезпечення економічної безпеки стають надзвичайно важливими для успішності ІТ-підприємств. В статті розглянуто основні аспекти економічної безпеки та управління бізнес-процесами в контексті інформаційних технологій, що дозволяє здійснювати аналіз, оцінку та оптимізацію діяльності підприємств у цьому секторі. Мета дослідження. Вивчення ключових аспектів економічної безпеки та управління бізнес-процесами в контексті їх оптимізації у секторі ІТ, а також дослідження методів управління бізнес-процесами, оцінка чинників економічної безпеки на основі інформаційного забезпечення та розробка рекомендацій, які можуть бути корисними для підприємств у сфері ІТ для покращення їхньої ефективності та конкурентоспроможності з огляду на особливості їх бізнес-моделі. Метод (методологія). Методологія дослідження включає в себе аналіз літератури, проведення емпіричних досліджень та використання методів аналізу, синтезу, моделювання та прогнозування, щоб отримати глибше розуміння економічної безпеки та управління бізнес-процесами у секторі ІТ. Емпіричні дослідження включають аналіз практичних ситуацій сектору ІТ, що дає можливість вивчити конкретні випадки успіху або викликів у сфері економічної безпеки та управління бізнес-процесами. Ця комбінація методик дозволить здійснити комплексний аналіз та дати рекомендації для покращення практик управління бізнес-процесами в контексті економічної безпеки у секторі ІТ. Результати. Досліджено проблеми економічної безпеки підприємств ІТ-бізнесу в контексті управління їх бізнес-процесами та оцінки їх ефективності. Приділено увагу питанням інформаційного супроводу менеджменту щодо функціонування підприємства за процесного підходу, що дозволить приймати ефективні управлінські рішення щодо економічної безпеки, мінімізувати ризики та загрози, досягати гнучкості у періоди невизначеності та динамічних змін оточуючого середовища. Обгрунтовано доцільність використання системи показників ефективності бізнес-процесів ІТ-підприємств в контексті управління економічною безпекою. Висновки. Вивчено та узагальнено проблеми досягнення стану економічної безпеки підприємствами ІТ-бізнесу з врахуванням їх специфіки, узагальнено методи оцінки ефективності управління бізнес-процесами через використання системи показників, адаптованих до ІТ-індустрії. Зроблено пропозиції щодо розробки показників ефективності бізнес-процесів ІТ-підприємств для розвитку управлінських практик та забезпечення стабільності і конкурентоспроможності ІТ-компаній у контексті економічної безпеки.Introduction. Studying key aspects of economic security and business process management in the context of their optimization in the IT sector, as well as researching methods of business process management and providing practical recommendations that can be useful for IT enterprises to improve their efficiency and competitiveness. The issues of achieving economic security status by IT businesses have been studied and summarized, taking into account their specificities. Methods for assessing the effectiveness of business process management through the use of indicator systems adapted to the IT industry have been generalized. Suggestions have been made for developing performance indicators for IT enterprise business processes to enhance management practices and ensure stability and competitiveness of IT companies within the context of economic security.
