Аналіз міжнародних угод України соціального спрямування

p strongВступ. /strongУкраїна як невід’ємний елемент міжнародного співтовариства підлягає основним економічним і соціальним стандартам розвитку. Через дотримання ключових положень міжнародних угод, які укладаються країнами у різні періоди свого зміцнення, найбільша увага звертається на соціальний розвиток та механізм соціального захисту громадян, який дозволить підвищити рівень життя населення./pp strongМета. /strongМетою статті є аналіз основних положень міжнародних угод України, які сприятимуть економічному та соціальному розвитку в контексті угоди про асоціацію з ЄС./pp strongМетод (методологія). /strongОсновні наукові методи, які використано в процесі дослідження: системний підхід (під час систематизації основних положень угод, які укладені між Україною та міжнародними організаціями), метод порівняння, синтезу і аналізу (при вивчені динаміки асигнувань, що надаються ЄС іншим країнам-членам), економіко-статистичний метод (у процесі визначення основних значень соціальних стандартів в Україні) та абстрактно-логічний метод (для визначення основних проблем та напрямів удосконалення фінансової політики у соціальній сфері)./pp strongРезультати. /strongУ статті визначено основні соціальні пріоритети в процесі реалізації ключових зобов’язань, які визначені деякими міжнародними угодами України. Розглянуто бідність як об’єктивну категорію, яка притаманна будь-якому суспільству, і вивчено напрями її подолання, що пропонуються розглянутими міжнародними угодами. Проаналізовано значення соціальних стандартів, які використовуються ПРООН для міжнародного порівняння соціального розвитку будь-якої країни і в Україні. Охарактеризовано недоліки, які притаманні угодам про співпрацю, які негативно відбиваються на рівні соціального захисту громадян не тільки України, але й інших європейських держав./pp strongВисновки. /strongВизначено, що, незважаючи на важливість міжнародних угод, відповідальність за підвищення рівня соціальних стандартів лежить на уряді та суспільстві кожної окремої країни. Запропоновано головні напрями реалізації соціальної та економічної політики, що дозволять підвищити рівень життя населення України і наблизити його до міжнародного рівня. /ppstrongIntroduction./strongstrong /strongUkraine as an integral part of the international community has to keep to the main economic and social development standards. Due to compliance with the key provisions of international agreements which have been concluded by countries in different periods of their stabilization, the most attention is paid to social development and social protection mechanisms that will improve the standard of living of people./ppstrongPurpose. /strongThe article is devoted to the analysis of the main international agreements of Ukraine, which will facilitate economic and social development in the context of Association Agreement with the./ppstrongMethod (methodology). /strongThe main scientific methods of the research are as the following: a systematic approach (while systematizing the main aspects of the agreements which have been concluded between Ukraine and international organizations), the method of comparison, synthesis and analysis (during the study of the dynamics of appropriations which can be provided by the EU to other member states of the EU), economic and statistical method (for the definition of the basic values of social standards in Ukraine), and abstract-logical method (for identifying the key issues and areas of improvement of financial policy in the social sphere)./ppstrongResults. /strongThe article outlines the main social priorities in the implementation of key commitments which are identified by some international agreements of Ukraine. Poverty is considered as an objective category that is characteristic for any society. We have studied the ways of its overcoming that are proposed by considered international agreements. It has been analyzed the importance of social standards used by UNDP for international comparison of social development of any country and of Ukraine. The disadvantages which are inherent for cooperative agreements that adversely affect the level of social security not only in Ukraine but also in other European countries are characterized./ppstrongConclusions. /strongIt has been determined that, despite the importance of international agreements, the government and society of each country are responsible for raising of social standards.
