Місце юридичних осіб публічного права у суб’єктному складі цивільних правовідносин

Abstract

Досліджено питання визначення місця юридичних осіб публічного права як суб’єктів цивільних правовідносин за законодавством України. Зосереджено увагу на вивченні суб’єктного складу цивільних відносин та ознак, якими характеризуються учасники вказаних правовідносин. Аргументовано гостру необхідність в доопрацюванні чинного законодавства в сфері визначення правового становища публічних юридичних осіб. Analyses the questions of determination the place of legal persons of public law, as subjects of civil legal relations under the legislation of Ukraine. Focused attention is paid to the study of the subjective composition of civil relations and the characteristics that characterize the participants in the specified legal relationship. It is argued that there is an urgent need to finalize the current legislation in the field of determining the legal status of public legal entities.
