Особистісна толерантність в аспекті врегулювання гендерних відносин на етапі юності

Abstract

У магістерській роботі досліджена особистісна толерантність в ракурсі міжгендерних відносин в юному віці. Зокрема, проаналізовані підходи до проблеми толерантності та гендерних відносин, вікові особливості юності як періоду становлення особистісних і гендерних орієнтацій. А також практично досліджені особливості прояву толерантності в міжособистісному спілкуванні юнаків і дівчат та дані рекомендації щодо формування толерантності на етапі юності.

In the master’s thesis, personal tolerance is examined in the context of intergender relations during adolescence. In particular, the study analyzes approaches to the problem of tolerance and gender relations, as well as the age-specific characteristics of youth as a period of personal and gender orientation formation. Furthermore, the research includes an empirical investigation of the manifestations of tolerance in the interpersonal communication of young men and women, and provides recommendations for fostering tolerance at the stage of adolescence.
