Корупція як негативний фактор в діяльності правоохоронних органів

Abstract

Обґрунтовано концептуальні положення щодо питання запобігання та протидії корупції в правоохоронних органах. Досліджено сутність поняття «корупція» і виявлено її види. Проаналізовано існуючі підходи до запобігання і протидії корупції. Досліджено корупцію в правоохоронних органах як явище з точки зору системної парадигми. The article is devoted to the substantiation of the conceptual provisions on the issue of preventing and counteracting corruption in law enforcement agencies. The essence of the notion «corruption» is investigated and its types are revealed. The existing approaches to the prevention and counteraction of corruption are analyzed. Corruption in law enforcement bodies as a phenomenon in terms of system paradigm is investigated.
