Abstract

Проаналізовано правове регулювання виїзду українських громадян за кордон та в’їзд їх в Україну крізь призму запровадження біометричних паспортів та інших змін та новацій, які пов’язані з початком дії безвізового режиму з країнами-членами Європейського Союзу. The legal regulation of the Ukrainian citizens departure abroad and their entry into Ukraine through the prism of the introduction of biometric passports and other changes and innovations related to the starting of the visa-free regime with the member states of the European Union are analyzed in the article.
