Методологічні засади оцінювання конкурентоспроможного розвитку галузі тваринництва

Abstract

Метою статті є оцінювання конкурентоспроможного розвитку галузі тваринництва на різних рівнях національної економіки. Обґрунтовано, що необхідність оцінки конкурентоспроможного розвитку галузі на різних рівнях національної економіки зумовлена динамічними властивостями її складових: підприємств, інфраструктури та інститутів управління. Виокремлено зрізи оцінювання конкурентоспроможного розвитку галузі тваринництва. Доведено, що конкурентоспроможний розвиток галузі тваринництва характеризується комплексним показником, який враховує низку зовнішніх і внутрішніх чинників. Наукова новизна полягає у розвитку теоретичних положень та виробленні концептуального підходу щодо оцінювання конкурентоспроможного розвитку галузі тваринництва, яка включає систему показників і критеріїв ефективності. Практичне значення одержаних результатів є підґрунтям для вирішення практичних проблем конкурентоспроможного розвитку галузі тваринництва. Запропонована система методів оцінки конкурентоспроможного розвитку м’ясного скотарства забезпечує об’єктивний підхід до формування сталого розвитку досліджуваної галузі. The aim of the article is to evaluate the competitive development of animal husbandry sector at various levels of national economy. It has been substantiated that the need to assess the competitive development of the industry at various levels of national economy caused by the dynamical properties of its components: enterprises, infrastructure and institutions of governance. Sections of competitive assessment of animal husbandry sector have been determined. It has been proved that the competitive development of animal husbandry sector is characterized by a complex index that takes into account a number of internal and external factors. Scientific novelty of the article lies in the development of theoretical propositions and developing conceptual approach for assessing competitive development of animal husbandry sector, which includes a system of indicators and performance criteria. The practical significance of the obtained results is the basis for solving practical problems of competitive animal husbandry sector. The proposed system of evaluation methods for competitive development of meat cattle breeding provides an objective approach to the formation of sustainable development of investigated industry.
