Abstract
Проаналізовано політико-правове забезпечення освітньої діяльності Центральної Ради в 1917 р. Досліджено ставлення української влади до права іноетнічного населення навчатися рідною мовою. З’ясовано, що умови для освітнього розвитку національних меншин в УНР були сприятливими.
Analysis of the political-legal providing of educational activities of the Central Rada in 1917. Investigated attitudes of the Ukrainian authorities to the education of ethnic minorities in their native language. It is found out, that conditions for the educational development of minorities in UNR were favorable.
