Професійні орієнтири старшокласників закладів загальної середньої освіти як основа свідомого вибору професії

Abstract

Анотація. У статті «Соціально-професійні орієнтири старшокласників закладів загальної середньої освіти як основа свідомого вибору професії» досліджено особливості формування позицій оптантів щодо питань, пов’язаних з вибором напряму професійної самореалізації. Наголошено на тому, що структурні суспільні перетворення потребують якісно нового підходу до організації профорієнтаційної діяльності в освітніх закладах. Зазначено, що за створення умов для забезпечення високого рівня готовності до вибору професії учнями, необхідно враховувати ставлення самих оптантів до такої проблеми. Тож метою було проаналізувати динаміку розвитку соціально- професійних орієнтирів старшокласників як основи свідомого професійного самовизначення. У статті висвітлено підходи до окреслення сутності професійного самовизначення як цілісного процесу, наведено його основні показники на стадії оптації та критерії для визначення ступеня готовності оптантів до вибору фаху. Визначено мотиваційну основу професійного самовизначення як систему стимулів, що спонукають особистість на реалізацію потреби в професійній самореалізації. Виокремлено чинники, під впливом яких формується ставлення до тих чи інших професій. У статті наведені результати анкетних опитувань старшокласників Тернопільської області проведених в 2011, 2014, 2017 і 2020 роках, що дало змогу проаналізувати динаміку формування позицій оптантів щодо питань, пов’язаних з вибором напряму професійної самореалізації, у часовому розрізі. Визначено найпрестижніші, з точки зору оптантів, професії а також вплив ставлення до того чи іншого фаху на вибір подальшого професійного шляху. Досліджено зміни в уподобаннях оптантів крізь призму років. Наведено перелік найбажаніших, з точки зору учнів, напрямів подальшої професійної самореалізації а також виокремлено професії, попит на які серед оптантів спадає або зростає з часом. Детально проаналізовано мотиваційну основу професійного самовизначення, зокрема, визначено провідні мотиви вибору фаху учнями 9-го та 11-класів та досліджено зміни у формуванні мотиваційного ядра професійного самовизначення упродовж досліджуваних періодів. Проаналізовано найвагоміші чинники впливу на професійне самовизначення учнів і налаштованість оптантів на обстоювання самостійності свого вибору. Annotation. The article “Socio-professional guidelines of high school students in general secondary education as a basis for a conscious choice of the profession” explores the peculiarities of the formation of positions of applicants on issues related to the choice of professional self-realization. It is emphasized that structural social transformations require a qualitatively new approach to the organization of career guidance activities in educational institutions. It is noted that when creating conditions to ensure a high level of readiness for students to choose a profession, it is necessary to take into account the attitude of the applicants themselves to this problem. Therefore, the aim was to analyse the dynamics of the development of socio-professional orientations of high school students as the basis of conscious professional self-determination. The article highlights the approaches to outlining the essence of professional self-determination as a holistic process and presents its main indicators at the stage of options and criteria for determining the degree of readiness of options to choose a profession. The motivational basis of professional self - determination as a system of incentives that motivate the individual to realize the need for professional self-realization is determined. The factors under the influence of which the attitude to certain professions is formed are singled out. The article presents the results of questionnaires of high school students of Ternopil region conducted in 2011, 2014, 2017 and 2020, which allowed analysing the dynamics of forming positions of applicants on issues related to choosing the direction of professional self-realization, in time. The most prestigious professions, from the point of view of the applicants, as well as the influence of the attitude to one or another profession on the choice of the further professional path is determined. Changes in the preferences or options through the prism of years have been studied. The list of the most desirable, from the point of view of students, directions for further professional self-realization is given, and the professions for which demand among applicants decreases or increases over time are singled out. The motivational basis of professional self-determination is analysed in detail, in particular, the leading motives for choosing a profession by 9th, 11th-grade students are determined, and changes in the formation of the motivational core of professional self-determination during the studied periods are investigated. The most important factors influencing the professional self-determination of students and the attitude toward options to defend the independence of their choice are analysed.
