Деякі аспекти призначення прокуратури в сучасній Україні

Abstract

Досліджено роль прокуратури України в сучасній державі, її місце у забезпеченні прав і свобод людини і громадянина. Проаналізовано призначення вітчизняної прокуратури в сучасному механізмі державних інституцій; охарактеризовано значення окремих функцій прокуратури, повноваження, форми діяльності. The article deals with the research of the role of prosecutors in Ukraine a modern state, its place in ensuring the rights and freedoms of man and citizen. It analyzes the appointment of the national prosecutor’s office in the modern mechanisms of state institutions; describes the individual functions of prosecution powers, forms of activity.
