Strategic vectors of household policies under the global competition.

Abstract

In the modern world, states pursue flexible and purposeful adaptive financial policies to stabilize the economy and create conditions for achieving ecological, fair and long-term economic recovery. In the scientific literature, special attention is paid to the methodological features of the paradigm of the global inclusive circular economy from the standpoint of postmodernism to strengthen socio-humanistic guidelines (reflect its ideology and create a basis for an inclusive society); ontological nonlinearity (emphasizes circularity); consensus (the need for global consensus to achieve the goal). In order to achieve purposes, funding is carried out by household, that is, they create funds that require the implementation of the relevant financial policy, adaptive to dynamic changes in society and the chosen strategy for household development.
