Формування ефективного організаційного механізму управління машинобудівним підприємством

Abstract

У статті розкрито сутність поняття «організаційний механізм управління підприємством», проаналізовано підходи українських і зарубіжних науковців до визначення даного поняття та його структурних елементів. Визначено основні інструменти організаційного механізму, що забезпечують ефективне управління машинобудівним підприємством. На основі даних дослідження, проведеного автором на вітчизняних машинобудівних підприємствах, вказано на особливості функціонування організаційного механізму управління машинобудівним підприємством. Наголошується на необхідності врахування особливостей побудови організаційного механізму управління в умовах конкурентного середовища за рахунок чинників ефективності для успішного влиття підприємства у зовнішнє середовище.The essence of the concept “organizational mechanism of the enterprise management” has been presented in the article. The approaches of Ukrainian and foreign scientists to determination of this concept and its structural elements have been analyzed. It has been determined the main tools of organizational mechanism that ensure the effective management of machine building enterprise. It was indicated on peculiarities of functioning organizational mechanism of machine building enterprise management based on the data of research conducted by the author at the domestic machine-building enterprises. It was emphasized on the necessity of consideration peculiarities for construction organizational management mechanism in a competitive environment through efficiency factors for successful merging of the enterprise in the external environment.
