Abstract

Стаття присвячена визначенню особливостей формування та впровадження напрямів навчання персоналу і розвитку лідерства у системі інноваційного менеджменту підприємств. Розглянуто інноваційні виклики навчання персоналу і розвитку лідерства. Визначено складові системи навчання персоналу підприємств. Виокремлено технології навчання персоналу і розвитку лідерства як інструментарію для розкриття внутрішнього потенціалу у системі інноваційного менеджменту підприємств.The article is devoted to determining the features of the formation and implementation of personnel training and leadership development in the system of innovative management of enterprises. Innovative challenges of personnel training and leadership development are considered. The components of the personnel training system of the enterprises are determined. The technology of personnel training and leadership development is singled out as a toolkit for revealing internal potential in the innovative management system of enterprises.
