Abstract
Concluding employment contracts and transferring to another job: first, fixedterm employment contracts can be concluded with new employees for the period of martial law or for the period of replacement of a temporarily absent employee. Secondly, an employee may be transferred to another job for the duration of martial law without his consent and without notification within two months, if such transfer is required to prevent or eliminate the consequences of hostilities, as well as other circumstances that endanger health or human life. In the conditions of change of the national labor market in the conditions of fullscale military invasion managers of the enterprises should define algorithm of requirements to creation of effective system of motivation of workers; outline the main factors of internal and external environment that affect the motivational process; determine the ratio of effective systems of motivation and material incentives for employees.
