Проблеми забезпечення фінансової безпеки держави в умовах воєнного стану

Abstract

У роботі досліджено теоретичні засади фінансової безпеки держави та визначено її роль у системі національної безпеки. Проаналізовано сучасний стан фінансової безпеки України в умовах воєнного стану, виявлено основні ризики для бюджетної та боргової стабільності, а також оцінено вплив міжнародної фінансової допомоги. Запропоновано напрями оптимізації системи фінансової безпеки через удосконалення бюджетної та боргової політики, підвищення управління державними фінансами, розвиток внутрішнього фінансового ринку й цифровізацію фінансових процесів.

The paper explores the theoretical foundations of the financial security of the state and determines its role in ефективності the national security system. The current state of financial security of Ukraine under martial law is analyzed, the main risks for budget and debt stability are identified, and the impact of international financial assistance is assessed. Directions for optimizing the financial security system are proposed through improving budget and debt policy, increasing the efficiency of public finance management, developing the domestic financial market, and digitalizing financial processes.
