Abstract

The thesis is devoted to a complex research of theory and practice of forming and realization of the financial potential of economic growth. Theoretical bases of financial potential are deepened. Institutional principles of forming and realization of financial potential of economic growth are specified. The role and functional sense of financial sector in providing of economic growth is analyzed . System research of Ukrainian financial sector development is conducted. The financial potential of the banking system is considered. The level of development of non-bank financial institutions and stock market in Ukraine is set. Basic world tendencies of restructuring of financial sectors are found out and generalized. Pre-conditions and problems of increasing the role of financial sector of Ukraine in forming and realization of the financial potential of economic growth are investigated. Basic directions of Ukrainian financial sector development are defined.
