Financial Policy Adaptability in the Conditions of Migration Processes Transformation.

Abstract

Modern human migration processes are associated with the formation of a socially integrated world, which requires a review of scientific approaches to providing vital funding and capacity building through investment in human capital, taking into account trends of accelerated transition to more environmentally friendly digital development technology. In order to achieve the adaptability of financial policy in the context of increasing complexity and diversity of modern migration flows, the priority of health care expenditures, targeted support for households affected by the crisis and the feasibility of investing in the future to achieve long-term goals, including affordable housing for internally displaced persons. During migration processes intensification financing requires the formation of a modern segment of investment sources diversification at the expense of internally displaced persons, budget financing, lending to financial sector institutions and international financial assistance.
