Abstract

Розглядаються концептуальні підходи до суті бюджетного устрою та бюджетної системи. Дається характеристика взаємовідносин між окремими ланками цієї системи, сформульовані напрями розвитку бюджетної системи України. The conceptual approaches to the essence of the budget regulation and the budget system are dueet upon, also the principles of the budget system construction are revealed, the characteristic of the relationship between separate chains of this system is given and the directions of the development of the budget system of Ukraine have been determined.
