Цифровізація як інструмент забезпечення економічної безпеки підприємства

Abstract

Вступ. Стаття присвячена дослідженню ролі цифровізації як інструменту забезпечення економічної безпеки підприємства в умовах сучасної економіки. Економічна безпека розглядається як ключовий фактор стабільного функціонування та розвитку підприємства, що дозволяє мінімізувати фінансові, операційні та стратегічні ризики. В умовах глобалізації та економічної нестабільності значення системного підходу до управління безпекою зростає. Цифровізація виступає ефективним інструментом автоматизації управлінських процесів, підвищення прозорості даних та своєчасного реагування на загрози, включаючи кіберзлочинність. Мета – дослідити роль цифровізації як ефективного інструменту забезпечення економічної безпеки підприємства, аналіз сучасних інструментів впровадження цифрових технологій у систему управління параметрами економічного розвитку та визначення напрямів підвищення стійкості підприємства до фінансових, операційних та інформаційних загроз. Метод (методологія). У статті використано загальнонаукові і спеціальні методи, серед яких: теоретичного узагальнення, аналізу і синтезу, а також групування для розподілу основних компонентів процесу цифровізації. Застосовано структурний підхід для визначення інструментів цифровізації у системі управління економічною безпекою підприємства. Результати. Проаналізовано сучасні цифрові інструменти, такі як ERP-системи, аналітичні платформи, Big Data та засоби кіберзахисту, які сприяють оптимізації ресурсів і підвищенню конкурентоспроможності. Окремо наголошено на потребі глибшого аналізу впливу цифрових технологій на управління ризиками та прийняття стратегічних рішень. Доведено, важливість інтеграції інформаційних систем, проаналізовано ризики та можливості підвищення кіберзахисту. Підкреслено, що цифровізація зміцнює економічну безпеку, але потребує подальших досліджень щодо стандартизації та оцінки її ефективності.Introduction. The article is devoted to exploring the role of digitalisation as a tool for ensuring enterprise economic security in the contemporary economy. Economic security is considered a key factor in the stable functioning and development of enterprises, enabling the minimisation of financial, operational, and strategic risks. Under conditions of globalisation and economic instability, the importance of a systematic approach to security management is increasing. Digitalisation acts as an effective instrument for the automation of managerial processes, enhancing data transparency, and ensuring timely responses to threats, including cybercrime. Purpose. To investigate the role of digitalisation as an effective tool for ensuring enterprise economic security by analysing modern instruments of digital technology implementation in economic management systems and identifying pathways for enhancing enterprise resilience to financial, operational, and informational threats. Methodology. The study applies general scientific and specialised methods, including theoretical generalisation, analysis and synthesis, and grouping to structure the main components of the digitalisation process. A structural approach is employed to determine the digitalisation instruments within the enterprise economic security management system. Results. The research analyses modern digital instruments such as ERP systems, analytical platforms, Big Data, and cybersecurity tools that contribute to resource optimisation and improved competitiveness. Particular emphasis is placed on the need for deeper analysis of the impact of digital technologies on risk management and strategic decision-making. The importance of integrating information systems is demonstrated, and risks as well as opportunities for enhancing cybersecurity are assessed. The study highlights that digitalisation strengthens economic security but requires further research regarding standardisation and the evaluation of its effectiveness.
